Jiren is ranked at Low 2-C, so by this logic the Grand Priest would be equal to Jiren when we all know he is FAR above any GoD. I say at the very least 2-C and then Zeno at High 2-C

This isnt how it works. You can't ever be 2-C without an actual 2-C feat.
Grand Priest can be trillions of times stronger and he'd still only be Low 2-C, just a ridiculously higher end of it.

That's not how this works and GP has no feats to prove he's 2-C of Higher so I'm going to close this.
