Tbh this might be a Regen stomp as (correct me if I'm wrong) Saitama can't bypass mid regen (The ability to regenerate from decapitation or severe brain damage) which is what the goomba has

All a goomba would really do is charge headfirst towards Saitama. They're extremely predictable, and Saitama would have no problem outmaneuvering a goomba.

Goombas also have no arms so they have no defence to being picked up by the head and thrown away.
