I mean Bill scales to >7343.217928 joules via effortlessly breaking a locked door down while living without an arm, face, and also severely malnourished.

Also they've flat out ripped off people's limbs before via "pulling force" which might even be 9-B, but I'm not able to find a reference for ripping off faces and arms. I've been told the former is only 9-C still.

Meanwhile Art's AP scales to like 3000 joules and has dura of 3200 joules, which is a more than 2x AP advantage in the duo's favor even if only Bill scales.
