Yeah, his ability to control its power is limited but won't die if someone wish of its death. When weakened, he has no control over its power.

Hmmm. It doesn't explicitly say more powerful, just powerful in a different way.

With the other Teridax thread, scaling would make it 5-A, possibly 4-C. Because of the Golden-Skinned Being's weird powers, I'd say Variable, up to 5-A, possibly 4-C is best, maybe? (or just 5-B)
