Goku's key

I was looking at Goku's profile, and noticed that the key listed SSJB Goku as Low-2-C. But shouldn't that mean Goku in general is Low-2-C, considering it's technically infinitely above anything 3D (exp. 3-A)? I somehow doubt that the multiplier for Super Saiyan Blue is infinite.

Dragon Ball does not follow our tiering standards, as they do not make a difference between 3-A and Low 2-C, so we have to make do as best we can.

So since there's no concrete evidence Base Goku is Low-2-C, he isn't listed as that? Wouldn't that mean Frieza and 17 shouldn't be "At least 3-A?" Because Base Goku/ SSJ Goku fought alongside them.

I think that Frieza and 17 were supposed to be upgraded to "At least 3-A", but it is possible that there have been other Dragon Ball discussions that I have not kept track of since then, wherein they were downgraded again.

That was actually Post-MUI Base/SS Goku that fought alongside Android 17 and Frieza.

I think that it was decided that they are not comparable to full power Toppo or Jiren, so they do not quite scale.

To be honest I still have some problems with his profile. It should've been something like this instead

Tier: 3-A | 3-A | 3-A. Low 2-C with UIS | 3-A. Low 2-C | 3-A. Low 2-C | At least 3-A. Low 2-C

Universe level+ with SSG, SSB, and SSBKK (Vastly stronger than before his SSG should be stronger than his previous SSB which made Jiren show a hint of his true power)

It does seem a bit wordy but I've seen profiles that are way longer than this. Not to mention it seems much better than his current profile description which is missing Post-Kefla SSBKKx20 and Post-Kefla UIS and many other feats of Goku's different forms throughout the tournament.
