Separated from time and beyond time and space doesn't mean it's transcendent over it. That just means it's outside the space-time continuum.

"Extradimensional" means above the third dimension, which is already covered by the 2-B tier, as being multiversal means you have a 4D level of power.

Different dimension just means it's another universe. Viewing something as fiction isn't valid evidence of transcendence either, all it means is that the series uses metafiction.
