Not with speed equal, Automatic Angel wings nor the fact that Vash is a very, very skilled gunslinger.

Goku isn't getting past his Automatic Angel Wings let alone avoid Black Hole Bullets that expand 300 feet instantaneously, keep in mind Vash loves to spam them and with aim like his Goku isn't avoiding them.
