Not sure who has an AP advantage. AP is really weird and difficult to discuss with beyond infinite power. Although since Infinite Zamasu was only AFFECTING 2 universes at once, while Midnight was gonna DESTROY them, and since SSJB Goku scales vaguely above Zamasu, RP Twilight probably has the advantage. Twilight's also far more haxed and versatile and intelligent, although she often uses a brute force approach in battle. But Goku is more skilled and experienced in battle. I'll probably give it to Twilight, but I'm not really sure.

Anyway, as a MUI he may be able to dodge Twi's attack, but he still lacks AP to put her down or to break her forcefield.

Goku is only 2 times away from baseline 2-C. So, no he can overcome the difference throught RPL.
