Scenario: Goku is training on Beerus' planet while Beerus and Whis are having a meeting with the Suprmeme Kais, suddenly a rip in time opens and Time Breaker Bardock appears sent by Towa to kill the Goku of this timeline. Goku initially mistakes him as Black but notices how his ki is different, nevertheless prepares to defend himself.

This would be a really intresting battle tbh, however at the end I see Goku's SSB Kaioken having an edge over SS3 Bardock (who is high 3A but I will consider we are using him).That plus a large repertoire of skills gives goku an advantage over bardock.

"Close to High 3-A" means nothing. Any finite number is no closer to infinity than any other. You either are High 3-A or you're not.

While Goku is far above baseline 3-A, he isn't close to High 3-A.

Bardock is scaled to RoF Golden Freeza, but he is possibly High 3-A because he destroyed a part of a timeline.

3-A Bardock is not stronger than Goku.
