Because deathbattle is merged with rooster teeth shortly before they even did solid snake vs Sam fisher and rooster teeth owns rwby. (By the way even lowballing to the max and ignoring a few feats and scaling Tifa would still get a city level rating)

Leaving my thoughts on why Tifa is 4-B elsewhere, my vote goes to goku due to him having more skill with HTH combat and IT

You guys do realize that she's scaled from the exact same feats as Cloud, right? Meaning that she's still over a thousand times stronger than Goku.

Goku's attacks will only tickle her at best while she can chunk him with a single hit. Then there's the fact that she has access to the same Materia as Cloud over their adventures, which includes (but is not limited to):

• Instant-Death Hax
• Petrification
• Time Manipulation
• Energy Blasts
• Summoning
• Auto-Revival
• Transmutation

This isn't any fairer of a fight than Goku vs. Cloud.

Tifa wins due to sheer amount and versatility of Materia not to mention she'd likely have ribbon or wahtever it was that HALVES physical damage.


even without Toad or death materia, Tifa has this.

Yeah, Tifa's a much higher-end of 4-B, and she has more hax and versatility.

I did a Aqua vs Cell matchup waaaay back when I first started, and Aqua as a 4B has no where NEAR the amount of versatility as the core group of FF7, and I learned she easily STOMPS DBZ anime characters (outside of the two movies BoG and RoF)


so yeah if Aqua of Kingdom Hearts can stomp DBZ characters than FF7 core can easily win.
