It can be felt by 3-A beings, and everyone in the tournament should be at least High 4-C, that should be enough to roast Stewie.

Goku's been noted to give off a "pressure" similarly to Jiren in UIO to the point that 3-A beings tremble. Stewie's normal body would not be able to handle the pressures that cause 3-As to shake. And if that's not enough, Goku's mere existence caused a High 3-A feat.

Not applicable against members of his own tier. A human sneezing isn't combat applicable normally, but you better believe we could launch an insect with it.
