Voting Goku via instinctive reaction (To dodge nearly all of his attacks), IT (To escape the sucking), and his growing ap/dura.

Goku's not winning here, because he's not bypassing Stone's inherent invulnerability, forcefields, higher AP, and the fact that inhale's pull outdoes Goku's dodging, as Goku doesn't IT in UIO. Goku's also screwed over by Cook, and Kirby's small stature comes into play, because Goku's gonna have an incredibly tough time hitting him. Plus, iirc, Kirby still has access to the Warpstar, as he uses it in the SSE and his entrances into matches.

You do know that it's still the same guy, just with a different form. There's nothing suggesting he's not using IT to get away from the suck. Also since speed is equalized, the warp star isn't doing much to Kirby.

While I agree that people abuse the stomp excuse, there is a difference between the opponent having a fair AP advantage and being vastly above people who are already far stronger than you.

Well, Goku could teleport out of range and use kamehameha... Which would do nothing cuz Kirby is too durable, and I'm not even sure if it is in character for Goku to do that in the first place.

He can with his Instinctive reaction, which helped him dodge all of kefla's blasts which could've one shotted him.

Basically, the gap between Goku can Kirby is way too huge, Goku can't damage him, and Kirby's gonna land a hit sooner or later. As much as I hate to say it, this seems like a stomp.

While I can't say anything about the match itself, I feel like people are completely underselling UI in speed equalized matches. Not only would the opponent naturally be slower in terms of actions per second (since there's no hesitation or pause between movements), the auto dodge lets the user have the ability to think and plan moves they wouldn't normally be able to. You think Goku would be able to grind on someone's beam normally?
