gohan is extremely resistant to venoms, watch his fight with lavenda, logically goku should be as well. it's a tree, it has building level durability due to size and not impact resistance, look what he did to a large piece of log in issue 1 of dragon ball Read manga Dragon Ball Chapter 001 online in high quality look at page 6, and that was when he was wall level, he also broke a large rock and tossed a car. goku can overcharge his kamehameha to make it go from building level to a much larger level, he can also bend his kamehameha, like he did hit king piccolo, which combined with the range could plow through a forrest. also goku isn't fighting a forrest, just a single tree, which does not regenerate insanely fast.

yes but that's poison from frost, we have no idea how strong it is because it was used against goku, but lavendas posion causes people to rot, most poisons from trees cause mild irritation and blisters, but the fruit is lethal, also like i mentioned if goku can level a building a building's worth of wood is nothing.

again goku has near identical physiology to gohan who could take poison strong enough to rot people, the only reason why it spread so quick is because he went super saiyan, in this form poisons, diseases and viruses spread quicker, vegeta explains to goku that the added stress to goku caused the disease to accelerate and whis says the spread of the poison was accelerated. goku isn't fighting a forrest, just a single tree.

Actually, logically Goku should be superior to Gohan due to being a 100% saiyan instead of a half breed (with the Human side being... Human).
Also Frost was an intergalactic alternate Freeza. His poison is almost guarenteed to be MUCH more potent and purified than tree venom. Don't try to compare them like what you're doing. We don't see trees knocking people out with one prick within seconds now do we? Also the link you provided about the Pando tree has NO reference to poisons, toxins or venoms.
Worst case scenario, Goku does a full-body AoE Ki blast that destroys a huge chunk of the place. It might not take it ALL out but so much of it that the entire colony would definitely be crippled.
