Cat Blanc is still Cat Blanc. Green Lantern isn't Green Lantern in that regard he's Hal Jordan. The Goku equipment is very fishy. Does he get Senzu's? He uses them but arguable "Equipment". That's why. Hax are a must tho so. The closest to a fair fight in that case is SSJG Goku vs Cat Blanc. Which is a wash for Goku.
