Goku Sound Manipulation?

So rewatching episode 129, I at first thought Goku prevented Jiren from attacking him via some sort of Aura, but the effects generated along with Goku yelling also leads me to believe that his yell is simply that strong. Would roaring with such power that it can halt and blow away Jiren count as Sound Manipulation?

If it did count as Sound Manipulation then every human and animal who can scream loud enough should have it, unless it's like that Dragon Roar that Natsu used against the Poison Dragon Slayer then yes

I think his scream is just that powerful to block attacks, not that it's actually sound manip.

Naruto w/ kuramas power did the same thing against Sasuke in their first fight at the valley of the end.

If voice manipulation or enhanced roar was a power then this would be it, but he just screamed powerfully.

Goku isn't like Black Canary. This shout is less of a power and more of him just projecting his existing strength.

I agree with UMR and Rep. It doesn't seem to be anything else than a more advanced utilization of Energy Manipulation.
