i finally figured out this power, devilman already has energy manipulation in his page but it should be changed to evil energy manipulation because he can only manipulate the evil energy of a person goku was able to resist evil energy manipulation from the devilmite beam

Doesn't that have to do with Goku having a pure heart? Hence why he can deflect the spirit bomb. Most of the z fighters would be in the same boat.

No, only Gohan was able to bounce it back because he didn't have evil energy. This is also evident by the fact that he can ride the nimbus when not everyone can do it. Also Babidi didn't sense any evil energy inside Goku or Gohan so that's another thing which supports them being pure of heart.

robots get immunity to soul manipulation by default because they dont have a souls.....same way goku should at least get resistance to evil energy manipulation because his feats prove it

Except if we give a Resistance to Evil Energy manipulation to all babies or animals in Dragon Ball, no.

Neutral about the energy stuff, but about the androids/robots:

Lacks soul = Immunity to Soul Manipulation.

Lacks organs = Immunity to Biological and Disease Manipulation.

Lacks brain = Immunity to Mind Manipulation.

Note: The brain can be affected by those with biological and disease manipulation.

Type 1] Possess a soul, organs and brain: 17, 18, Cell, Cell Jr. and 21.

Type 2] Retains their brain and soul but lacks organs: Dr. Wheloo and Gero.

Type 3] Lacks organs, brain and soul: Meta-Cooler, Android 19, 16, 14 and 15.

Type 4] Lacks organs, brain, but seemingly has a dna/soul: Dr. Myuu, The Sigma Force, General Riildo, Baby, Hell Fighter 17, all seems to have a soul because Myuu and Riildo appeared in Hell where the evil souls reside.

- The other robots, Maji Kaio, Bollarator, Viara, Koitsujai, Koicharator, Mostly Anilaza, Arale, Mecha Goku are likely Type 3.

- Hacchan and Android 13 despite being similar to the Type 1 ones, i think they are just Type 3.

- Despite being a fusion of Type 1 and 3, Super 17 is referred being in Type 4. Lastly i think Magetta is Type 1 and Hatchiyack is Type 4 since is fueled by rage souls and King Kai sensed his ki.
