Odin only has type 1,2 and 4. The only useful one is 2 but that only helps with defence. Anyway, vote counted.

@ Gar Goku has a pretty substantial AP advantage over Odin.

I'm going to have to go with Goku here. His AP advantage makes Odin's type 2 immortality less effective. Goku also has resistance to electricity manipulation, which grants him increased resistance to Odin's attacks, on top of already having potentially higher durability (outside of Odin's type 2 immortality) scaling from his AP. And Goku isn't exactly a slouch in CQC, and based upon his opponents, some of whom likely predate the earth, such as Frieza, and perhaps even Omega Shenron, he should't have any issue dealing with Odin in CQC. I'm inclined to believe that Goku would win a close quarters fight, but Odin likely does have superior experience. Though it should be noted that living that long and fighting as a skilled martial artist for that length of time are two different things.
Goku has the superior AP advantage and, oddly enough, a bit more of an enhanced moveset with ki blasts, solar flare, and the occassional chance of actually using force fields on his energy absoption, which would also counter Odin's energy manipulation. I think it'll be close, but Goku being resistant to Odin's primary means of attacking, having an AP advantage, along with his superb martial arts skills should give him this with relatively high difficulty.

Ok, for 1, this Thread is really old, so it should be closed, 2, SSJ4 Goku has been upgraded to 3-C making him FAR superior to this Odin in AP, SSJ4 Goku can then unleash the Dragon Fist which makes him 3-B which further increases the already insane gap he has with Odin, so this is now an obvious stomp
