Reinhard is one of those notable examples of characters where matchups with them can be weird because of how "haxy" they are. I mean, look at the dude's first key...it's so trippy.

Sometimes it can make for legitimate debate (A very haxxy character that somewhat leads with Hax vs a character that is almost naturally bloodlusted and can 1-shot).

The problem with this is that in those scenarios the line between a stomp and a decisive victory is very thin and once the people in the thread have decided it's not a stomp, it's usually too far gone to convince them. Or the opposite, where you convince the first few people but then a swarm of people come in and disagree.

I vote inconclusive. It really just matters who hits first since if Goku opens he could kamehameha Mew away or if Mew opens it could use confusion, disable, etc.

Goku cannot Kamehameha Mew away because Mew has the AP advantage, Dura Advantage, Hax Advantage, Experience advantage, and just pretty much every advantage other than probably fighting skills. Which matters jack all here.
