It aint like crushin the head from the outside. More like inside. Plus he can also target other organs like the heart, ribcage, and more. He can also blow that shit up too.

Tetsuos wincon comes when tetsuo is usually being overpowered and when he getting to be sick of goku. Also tetsuo has been pummeled by beams of energy before. To counter that he uses forcefields.

though goku skills over martial arts towers over tetsuo. And since goku usually gets up close to fight he can beat tetsuo that way. But yea if goku suprises tetsuo he can blow tetsuo up like that too. But like i said forcefields are gonna be a problem.
