Goku DB Possible Upgrade to Moon level

The Daizenshuu stated that Goku's Super Kamehameha that he used against Piccolo Junior had enough power to destroy the moon. This could add weight to Master Roshi's moon busting feat and bring it out of being an outlier, but it's unlikely, seeing as how Goku's Super Kamehameha was listed with a Power Level of 910, which was 5.05x Roshi's 180 at the time of his moon busting feat.

Roshi's feat is still an outlier, and since Saiyan Saga Goku is becoming Moon level, the 23rd Budokai Goku being Moon level it's an outlier.

Because Saiyan Saga Goku was measured around 400 by Raditz, which means that he is weaker than this feat, which needed a power level of 910.

Piccolo vaporized the moon. That gives X result.

Guidebook says Goku would frag the moon. That gives a much lower result.
