Goku Black doesn't have 4D power? That doesn't make sense tho.
He can time travel, open rifts in space-time with an energy scythe, is far above Buu and Gotenks (Who can tear holes in space via screaming), is more powerful than U6 vs U7 arc Goku (Who resisted Hit's intial time-skip), is comparable to Vegeta (Who blew up the ROSAT via simply powering up just before his rematch with GB), etc.
Honestly that stuff seems like 4D power to me but dimensional tiering in Vs debating is mathematical higher infinity nonsense to me, so I'm likely completely wrong...

to qualify for Low 2-C a character would have to be capable of destroying the space-time continuum of a universe, i.e. affecting the past, present and future on a universal scale
Time Travelling doesn't mean you can all of a sudden do that, opening a rift in space-time would be hax and the RoSAT is also a pocket dimension (unless I'm misremembering something) so it doesn't count, if pocket dimensions did count then we would get Low 2-C SCP-106

Nice strawman I never said Low 2-C, I said 4D power (smurfs exist for reason you know?) I'm simply voiced my confusion on why Goku Black doesn't have 4D power despite the whole arc revolving around time travel, alternative timelines and such but hey we all have our own different standards I guess?
