Goku Black/Zamasu is missing an ability

In episode 57 of Dragon Ball Super, around 8 minutes in, Goku Black uses Instant Transmission in response to Goku using it dodge his (Black's) attack and than try to kick him. He then blasts Goku into the ground with Goku saying "Y-You can teleport, too?". It's very fast but you can see Black put his hand to his forehead just like Goku does. So Goku Black should have Teleportation via Instant Transmission.

Also as Present Day Zamasu, in episode 58, he visits Zuno, asking about Goku. Zuno exists in Universe 7 with Zamasu in Universe 10. Zamasu also gets there and back by himself. As we see that no one is with him and he left without Gowasu knowing about it, so he would need Instantaneous Movement to travel to different Universes. Thus, unless I'm wrong, Present Zamasu should have Teleportation via Instantaneous Movement.

Zamasu (Present and Future) should have the Kai abilities (Teleportation, Telepathy, Telekinesis, Magic, etc.), as, you know, Kais. They've shown teleportation regardless, so.

If you know the series then yeah, you should know that or at least reasonably assume that. I apologize if I'm sounding nitpicky but I was looking at this from the POV of someone who doesn't know all that much about Dragon Ball and was simply cruising through the character profiles. Every person who has teleportation has it noted on their page.

In addition, IT and IM have different limitations, with the latter making it much harder to BFR someone.
