Goku does have teleportation, flight and instincts.

Goku can AOE, profs stuff isnt combat applicable really and usually needs prep, like the boxes for example.

He has a device that can move the universe but it's not combat applicable, it's used for speed and boxes? Pretty sure that was an accident and even then, he can't hurt Goku with it, unless he offs himself.

Goku via IT, martial arts and all of the currently ambiguous Reaction/precog abilities.

Farnsworth won't be able to use anything before Goku is on top of him with IT and with his unrivaled martial arts skills there will be no wasted movements with his attack giving him an indirect speed buff. Furthermore he will be acting and thinking at the same time further enhancing that speed buff.
