Anyways just to add, just because energy that destroyed 1 universe has reached another universe, doesn't mean it'll destroy it. Why? Simple, energy expands in all directions and thus by the end of it all it will be thinned out to the point where it is insignificant. An example of this is the heat from our sun. The sun is extremely hot, the surface is 5k degrees Celsius, but despite it all temperatures on Mars are a few times lower than that of mercury and the temperatures on Pluto are extremely cold. It's energy thins out to such a degree that it does less harm the further it travels.
Basically, a multiversal character is one that can release enough energy that by the time it does reach a different universe it will still be able to destroy it, which would make the energy required FAR greater than 2x.
