The Limitless (as confirmed by an adult Satoru, author's notes, and the Official Fan Book) does not manipulate probability, or rewrite the laws of reality on an outerversal level, or actually manipulate numbers or infinity.
The Limitless is Space Manipulation. The Limitless creates spaces; spaces that either slow down the target infinitely, spaces that repel the target at high-speeds, spaces that attract targets like a magnet, and spaces that apparently attract and repel at the same time, thus effectively erasing any and all matter.
It's just spatiokinesis.
