Gojo domain expansions

There are some things I wonder about this ability. 1. how does gojo's % hit work with this ability? can mftl+ hit someone 100%? 2. Do I need anything special to escape this ability?

1a.) If you're talking about how "Domains make their sorcerer's attacks hit 100% of the time" then we treat it as homing attack, so theoretically somebody can still blitz Gojo in the domain. You can't hit what you can't see.
1b.) If you're talking about the information overload, then you'd need to have some sort of resistance to it to shrug it off and not be paralyzed. Maybe you're already omniscient, maybe your mental strength's just roided as all hell.
2.) As stated in the series, there are two usual responses to a domain being opened. Either destroy the domain's boundary which you can do by literally physically striking it (like what Yuji did to Mahito's) and escape by running away, or activate your own domain expansion, which will override the previous one (like Gojo to Jogo).

nah, if it says "it will always hit" then it will always hit

like when megumi was getting blitzed by the finger bearer but the domain expansion made him able to hit the curse everytime

Megumi was definitely not blitzed by the finger bearer, he reacted to 2/3 of his attacks and was distracted from having to summon Nue when he got hit by the 3rd. The finger bearer was definitely faster than Megumi, considering he struggled to keep up, but it wasn't doing some Naruto "disappear from sight" stuff that would constitute blitzing.
As for the Finger Bearer getting hit every time by Megumi's Domain, it's a little unclear to me. Shadow Megumi definitely hit every time, but in the anime the Nues seem to miss a few of their lunges.

anime yeah
but in the manga it always hits, same with dagon's domain expansion, where the attacks don't even exist before hitting, making it impossible to react
