Well I take my comments back coz this looks more interesting on a closer look.

Both of them have very impressive displays of abilities, since SSB Gogeta was able to put LSSJ Broly on the ropes and overpower him with relative ease, while Beast Gohan could easily overpower a weakened Cell Max. Though Gohan has author statements placing him as the strongest, the gap in strength shouldn't really be substantial.

Gohan's biggest advantage here is really only his higher AP and higher stamina. Otherwise, I think Gogeta's got Gohan beat in basically every other department. Gogeta's got the combined experience of Goku and Vegeta, which consists of decades of fighting some of the strongest fighters in the multiverse, as well as all of their fighting techniques. His fight with Broly showed the way he's capable of using multiple of his most powerful attacks like the Stardust Breaker in succession. Even though he was never shown doing it in-character, Gogeta can likely use the SSB Kaioken to get the AP advantage, and once he sees how strong Beast Gohan is, he would likely use it to end the fight quickly, since he knows he's on the clock with his fusion time. So for now, my vote is for Gogeta.

If you didn’t see my comment, I’d suggest you unequalize speed since it’s not necessary and won’t make a real difference.

Also doesn't help Gohan that he can likely use SSJB Evolution, which doesn't seem to drain much stamina since Vegeta literally self-destructed yet was able to use SSJBE shortly after with little issue.

Thus, SSJBE likely wouldn't speed up the fusion's duration.
