They do indeed since we had to have a thread regarding weather the FF7 characters and others associated with them were 4-B or 4-A (it's a long story on this...)....

No. They're 4-B now because it turns out there was a calc that puts them at 4-B level. 4-A is something i can't remember what exactly but anyways, they are Solar System level now like Gohan here for example...
