How potent is Shadow's hax and does he use it IC? He also has type 8, and Gogeta is one of these characters whose main advantage is AP and both are Baseline. This seems stompy.

Gogeta could have a chance with Soul Manip/Outsmarting and KOing vía being more skilled but that's assuming Shadow Mind doesn't immediately hax in character.
