Godzilla vs Colossus

Rather interesting one.

I vote for Godzilla.
The big lizard either matches Colossus in everything, or overpowers him. It has the advantage in AP, Range (Possibly. I am assuming that the Atomic Fire Ray can attack further than standard melee range) and with his powers
Also, depending on how long it takes Godzilla to regen fully, Colossus actually has no way to fully put him down for good. And, if he starts loosing (for whatever reason), he can go beserk, and take the advantage back from the X-Man
Pretty decisive victory here for Godzilla.
