Literally copy paste what happens when you face him in the game as base Godzilla, except worse.

AP gap is over 5x and Godzilla has no hax, so Bagan curbstomps.

And all things considered, Bagan's kinda being lowballed since he's being compared to his pod form's feat which was lower than Godzilla's power from the game but the second he comes out Godzilla's turned into a ragdoll. You NEED that massive amp from the transformation to be Bagan's equal.
