This fight is clearly a mismatch... Legendary Godzilla took Castle Bravo while ShinGoji was visibly made to bleed by a MOAB. That's a difference in power of approximately 1,000,000x... and if they are both in-character, then Legendary will just pummel ShinGoji until he stops moving.
Shin could hypothetically evolve to counter Legendary Godzilla but I doubt his reactive evolution could do so in the time-frame needed to win. LG can end this so quickly it's not even funny.
