I believe the Ragnarok has an AP advantage while Goji has a hax advantage.

Godzilla could probably spam radiation breath at it and trying to keep it at bay while poisoning the Ragnarok to death.

If the Ragnarok uses touch of omnicide that'll be a problem for the Big G himself, he'll need to divert his attention away from the Ragnarok and try to kill the Omnicide.

This depends on if the Ragnarok uses the omnicide so, inconclusive I guess?
