After the recent upgrades i'd say that Godcat takes this. She has forcefields creation to last a bit longer, Time Manipulation through summoning the Mage Birds (giving her access to time stop, time slow, and time accelleration) her own Durability Negation, and she can curse Wargreymon to cause his stats to drop over time (this apply to AP, durability and stamina) as well as using Death Manipulation with Sacrifice

Meaning she should have a new opponent other than WarGreymon...who lacks anything to combat that.

Also how in character is it for her to use that?

They are bloodlusted. Also the destroyer leads with Sacrifice which is the Death Manipulation move and the creator leads with forcefields

Yeah, Maybe a new opponent is best. Like Raihimon or maybe even Kid Lucemon. AncientWisemon is a good bet as well. We kinda need a haxxed 4-B Digimon for this.

I remember when I thought about doing Lance vs Lucemon back in the days when Lucemon was 5-A.

Lucemon is becoming tier 2 so no. Dynasmon is basically one of the EBF players on steroids so we know how it would go. AW is fighting Lance, so maybe Raihimon
