I couldn’t find anything that say that God, Mother and the Clear Light transcend the Fireman in the same way that the latter transcends the film. I know that they are respectively the true form of the Fireman and Senorita Dido, the true form of JUDY and the oneness beyond everything, but there is nothing that implies that they are beyond High 1-A in the same way that High 1-A is above the framework of 1-A.
