But in this case God and it's shadow are not boundless if they are still avatars of something, despite the fact that they are supposed to be akin to a Monad... So why are their keys boundless?

Twin Peaks profile is outdated. The Fireman/Dido, God key, and Judy, Mother of Abominations (True Form) key should be downgraded to H1A+ because they are manifestations of Clear Light. The Clear Light key remains at 0 because they are the same entity and character as "Clear Light."

Yeah, I agree. Even in relation to the current Tiering System and not the new one by Ultima, it makes no sense that God / the Shadow-self are Tier 0 despite the fact that they are still aspects of the "true" oneness.
