Hank Hill is smarter, superior at close quarters with his Martial Arts, and most likely a much better sharpshooter at range with his rifle, he takes this mid-to-low diff with the homefield advantage. At close quarters he can use pressure points to disable Ghostface or just use a plain chainsaw to mow through them easy.

Interesting matchup. Since both have access to their entire arsenal, that means Ghostface has a bullet vest, which Hank won't know about due to the costume, so they'll be able to tank a few bullets. However, Hank should be far more skilled due to his military experience, gunsmanship, and martial arts, and not to mention that the fight takes place in his house as well. Ghostface has a few wincons, but Hank should still be able to take this.
