Giyu Tomioka vs Kars

From the profiles seems like Giyu slices clean through him with every strike
But Kars has insane body manipulation that he can use to avoid direct strikes, also if he touches Giyu, he's done for his Acid manip would instantly dissolve him.
Giyuu has Regen null but the problem is that it works via Sunlight which Pillarmen are only temporarily petrified from after prolonged exposure to sunlight, so I doubt the nichirin's ability is enough to do him out and also slicing off his head is not going to kill him as inferior vampires can regenerate from being blown to complete pieces and survive as a head
