This is really close. The only thing these guys have to set them apart is Giygas being Non-Corporeal, but I feel like Thanos' reality warping is far stronger, and he also can compete with speed as both are omnipresent. Giygas does technically have the immortality thing where he exists as long as evil exists, but that's a dubious statement and not really ne we can effectively use. I think I'll have to give the slight edge to Thanos, but like with the Galactus fight this is REALLY close.
