In layman terms, be omnilocked. Dying is not on your worry list. Eternal sleep? Sealing? Sure. But if you're capable of dying to anything, haxxed or otherwise, then you're disqualified.

And how do why know that, does the character like survive explosions that would destroy the universe or multiversal. Does he come back from a matter destroying attack/existence erasing attack what exactly?

For starters, be tier 1. At the very least. And have showings of being invincible on all accounts, or vastly above people who are.

it's impossible to know this about Zamasu.He could be immune to this,or not

Immortality type 5 = Nothing can kill you and none can get rid of or bestow said immortality (otherwise it would fall into Type 4 territory). You can be sealed, KO'd, whatever you want, except for dying or losing said immortality. It could be seen as a curse, tbh, given that you were "born" with it.

As far as I am aware, only tier 0 characters (and a few High 1-A characters with nothing above them) can be absolutely unkillable.
