For Gir, he needs a new tier which there are feats listed above. He needs two new keys and change his Regenerationn to mid.

Funny how we're revising Gir first. But uh, someone has posted several feats already that should be consistent enough to bump everyone into a new tier. Maybe I will make a new thread discussing Gir. I'll have to rewatch some of the episodes.

A follow up to that, I still haven't got any calcs for the non calc'd feats that I listed yet, but they should be around in Tier 7, Zim and Gir also have a Low 7-C feat in the comics. So yea, the verse has some consistent Tier 7 feats so far.
