Unfortunately, GER does Stomp. Unless of course, DS has any attacks he does not need to activate and is on always and passively.

Low 2-C vs 3-A, this is a stomp for GER, unless dispel bound has defenses against causality that i am unaware of, but considering GER can negate a universal time skip, i don't think dispel bound has ever been shown to work on such a scale, yea i am closing this.
