Both are kinda OP but who would win and why? Sailor Moon is Neo-Queen Serenity and Giorno has Gold Experience Requiem/GER active. Give reasons one would win over the other. If this is too much of a stomp, then use Eternal Sailor Moon.

What form of Sailor Moon could Giorno beat with GER. Also nowhere in her entry does it mention Acausality. Also I know that Giorno got stomped by Dio Over Heaven.

However, it is to be noted that Neo Queen Serenity is not the main timeline's Sailor Moon due to Contradictory things and that she has lost most of her powers.
