Why doesn't Goku just 1-shot Jack?

Like, High-Mid is getting absolutely trumped by the Cellular-Level Ki Blasts. I'm also fairly sure Goku's ludicrious AP advantage allows him to absolutely casually vaporize Ginosaji with every action should he wish, PLUS Ginosaji is incapable of tagging Goku due to Ultra Instinct.

Illusions ain't doing crap because the moment Ginosaji tries to attack Goku, he will instinctively dodge even if Goku wasn't expecting it.

ALSO, due to Gino literally only using a spoon to kill Goku (Which wouldn't be possible. Under normal circumstances, Goku would die from age sooner than he would from Gino). Hell, I'm actually pretty sure Gino is literally UNABLE to kill Goku as his durability would make it so he (Goku) literally heals faster than Gino could hurt him.

This battle is basically how long until Goku goes back to base, is thinking more like himself (Albeit tired), and just decides to eat a Sensu then mafuuba Gino. Gino literally CANNOT win.

Goku doesnt have mafuba.

Just like Thunder, Gino´s objective or "win conditon" is to get an inconclusive since the other cannot kil him, destined to be spooned until it passes out by old age.

But it seems that, for once, he will be utterly evaporated. And no one knows if he can regenerate from that point.

Look, I don't know how you think Gino is going to win, but Goku can CASUALLY teleport back to earth, let Gino keep trying to spoon him (To no avail), get the pot from Roshi and the sealing tag, do the Mafuuba, and GG. Gino has NO win condition or even inconclusive condition. Goku WILL eventually try Mafuuba even if he can't kill Gino, and goodbye Gino.

Goku literally has a lifetime to find a way to get Gino out for good. 10-C with a FLUCKING SPOON. Goku EVEN WITH HIS GUARD DOWN AS A CHILD is still bulletproof.

Hell, Goku can spend the rest of his life trying to make the seals for Mafuuba and finding jars that works for Mafuuba, and do it with his last dying breath, and he'd still technically win this battle.

Well,there is Clairvoyance and Fate Manipulation in Gino page,how Goku answer that?

For regen it's out of question since Goku just blast him.

Fate just makes it so Goku can't kill himself with any other means. His only way of death is via spoon or age. Should Gino be vaporized and killed or sealed away, this ability is meaningless since... well, Gino is dead. Or sealed and unable to get out.

Actually in the long run, this ability helps Goku in any future endeavours against strong enemies. Keep Gino sealed away, and Goku is fated to never die to any other enemies! Strategy!

Clairvoyance is just finding Goku's position, doesn't help him harm Goku at all. Actually, my entire scenario above assumes that Gino is basically up Goku's ass 24/7. ... Kek.

Fate manip. is honestly pretty crap. It just means that Goku can't even accidentally kill himself, he can only die from Spoon or Age. Goku can try to blast his own head off and he'd either miss or completely tank it. It helps Goku actually, since he can do pretty much anything then and he wouldn't die. It gives Goku a crap ton more chances to remember that he can Mafuuba Gino away.

Clairovoyance is just finding where Goku is. Not useful in finding a way to actually kill Goku. So... ye.
