Metal Master for Both;

Takes place in a stadium using BB ruleset: ringouts count as elimination

Gingka:

Ryuga:

Inconclusive:\

Lets see how long it takes before Kukui and Cal show up uwu

well...i got no idea on this lol...ryuga was superior to the fight but eventually left so...

Methinks Ryuga is actually superior. But he lost to Nemesis before the final match between him and and Gingka could happen. Although the last fights they had Ryuga won pretty casually.

sorry, I meant end of the metal masters (technically different shows and not just seasons, like how Konosuba 2 is technically a different show.

edit: i'll update the title

NP.

Anyways, my vote is either Inconclusive or Gingka winning.

About the whole "Ryuga mostly winning" stuff...that really isnt true. Besides Metal Fusion, where of course Ryuga stomped the first time and Gingka won the second, the rest of the battles between them are settled through incomplete skill and power levels.

For instance, Gingka didnt "lose" to Ryuga in Metal Masters but he was definitely overwhelmed by the new power of Meteo L-Drago. However, this was only because Gingka himself didnt yet master the power of his new Galaxy Pegasus, unlike Ryuga who seemed pretty well adapted to his new Meteo L-Drago. So its very arguable that when using Galaxy Pegasus's real power, Gingka fully matches Ryuga and Meteo when they pretty much dont lag behind each other since their battle.

That said, Gingka towards the end of the season I would peg to be higher than Ryuga. Galaxy Pegasus was able to not only greatly assist in defeating Twisted Tempo, a bey who has the strength of both Galaxy Pegasus and L-Drago, but it was also able to, after a tad of help from L-Drago, absorb all of Tempos Spiral Force energy and dispel it.

To me, that shows Galaxy Pegasus equals Meteo L-Drago as a bare minimum. If anything, Pegasus could even be stronger but its debatable.

Nah. Honestly, I still consider Ryuga to be slightly above Gingka at this point. Ryuga kinda has always been the "powerhouse" of the characters. I also think Ryuga being a calmer individual would see any weaknesses Gingka shows and take advantage of them compared to his rage state when Lightening El-Dorago took over.

Yeah but that was also when Gingka didn't yet know about L-Dragos power absorbing abilities and ofc knows better than before to make the same mistake. And then I return to my previous reply.

Yes, but that also doesn't mean he can exactly avoid it. He won't intentionally make the same mistake. But you aren't counting on if Ryuga will not NOT let him make that mistake.

True, but Metal Masters Ryuga isn't evil like he was in Metal Fusion. Even in their little tustle, Gingka kept his cool and fought L-Drago carefully. He just couldn't win because he didn't fully control Pegasus yet.

But it requires speculation to say that he could defeat Meteo L-Drago at full power. So for me I honestly put Meteo slightly higher than Galaxy EoMM.

I can accept MM Gingka not being stronger, but also not weaker. Pegasus did much better than L-Drago when being compared to Twisted Tempo, a bey made from both their power combined. Especially when absorbing all of Tempo's Spiral Force. The most L-Drago did against Tempo was weaken its special move.

In all honesty, I overall think they're equals if nothing else.

If it's Metal Masters then Ryuga would still win due to Gingka blatantly being unable to break Twisted Tempo's special move, while Ryuga willingly entered it and broke through it casually without using a special move. I think Ryuga wins this. Not to mention as a sidenote Ryuga actually beat Twisted Tempo on his own in the manga. Despite Tempo being of both he and Gingka's powers, so the manga clearly backs up this scaling I would think.

He really can't though. The feats in the series and the MANGA back up Ryuga being the winner. Plus at this point in the series Ryuga had resistance to all of Gingka's shit and again, blasted through the special move of Tempo that Gingka could do literally NOTHING against. Ryuga legit entered the special move willingly, broke a gaping hole in it allowing Gingka and Masamune to get the W.

Gingka already beat Ryuga at full power before already.
That literally means nothing because this isn't Metal Fusion, this is Metal Masters where Ryuga was wiping the floor with Gingka in their rematch before they called the match and Ryuga left. Gingka cannot win this battle, Ryuga had improved since Metal Fusion by such a degree that even after the World Championships there was still a very clear gap between Ryuga and him. Ryuga by himself in the manga beat a person Gingka couldn't beat on his own. In the anime Ryuga broke through the special move of Twisted Tempo which Gingka with the help of Masamune couldn't break.

Keep in mind Ryuga did this WITHOUT using a special move, he did it casually. He's also FAR above Jack and had been holding back the entire battle against him which Jack himself even stated. The same Jack who when teamed up with Damian was giving Gingka serious trouble. That same Damian had surpassed Gingka post-WBBA tournament, and was beaten by Kyoya. Ryuga is obviously above Kyoya so at the very least he's equal to Gingka. However, he's clearly superior based on feats and showings as well as the fact that he has the hax to win. Think of it this way, Gingka needed Masamune to even hope to survive the special move of Tempo and even then, was in serious trouble. Ryuga willingly came in, ripped a hole through it casually, then continued destroying Hades City.

They both really haven't gone full power at each other before in metal masters so yeah..
Gingka has gone full power before at other opponents weaker than Ryuga, so that's a clear indication of him not winning.
