Bumblebee can jus shoot him from afar, Kong has no counter against that. Other than that, they are mostly even

Bumblebee should take this due to having ranged weaponry that puts Kong at a severe disadvantage from a distance, as well as having a skill advantage in close combat.

Bumblebee stomps. He was able to hold his own against Nemesis Prime, which is basically Movie Optimus if he became even more of a psychopath and therefore, even more unrestrained. Bee not only has access to extremely damaging weaponry, but metallic muscles are also far more powerful than biological ones. Sure, Kong would most likely be heavier, anywhere in the range of 15 tons according to this: http://www.andrewcaelliott.com/explorations/2016/10/27/how-much-did-king-kong-weigh. However, Bee has consistently shown better feats despite seemingly being no heavier than an actual Camaro, tackling opponents with vehicle modes easily 10 to 20 times his own.
