Eto might win here but in high mid difficulty,Menos have some good abilites like energy blast which make it useful,also he have flight so Eto can sneak him easily,but Eto regen will might helping her here,combining her brutal fight style she may win,but take a long time.

As Velox said. Menos rarely use their flight ability IIRC. The only times they fly is when they use negacion to save Aizen and the gang during Soul Society Arc and during Fake Karakura Town Arc when they poured in from the sky.
I doubt they smart enough to use flight + cero combination in middle of the fight anyway.

Size is not matter since Eto just climb Menos body and start to make a damage via physical attack or eat it flesh......
The Cero range might be real problem for Eto but since her regen is good enough then she be fine.
