I'm not sure this match is valid anymore now that Danny Phantom has type 1 abstract existence that is conceptual type 1 in nature. Ghostfreak doesn't have the Non-Physical Interaction needed to actually harm him, and since Danny's body is just an manifestation (avatar) of his consciousness/non-physical energy, Ghostfreak can't cause any actual harm. So even with the speed advantage from the start, there isn't anything Ghostfreak can do to win from what I can see.

Danny Phantom ghosts aren't simply spirits anymore. Simply being a ghost or being able to interact with the soul isn't enough to affect them now.
