Plutonium Bomb Nerf

Old calc:

• Assumes an airburst even though bomb detonates in a building.
• Uses fireball radius (Anything inside the fireball is effectively vaporized) instead of airblast radius (widespread destruction), despite the bomb merely stated to be "blowing up half of Los Angeles"
• Assumes bomb is in the center of the city, whereas the episode places it in Downtown Los Angeles (Trust Building, 433 S. Spring Street)
• Treats the city's dimensions linearly (halving the radius) instead of working from the city's area and deriving the required blast radius geometrically.
• 600 Mt (Mountain level+)

New calc: 106.279 Mt (Mountain level)

CGM not accepting it, doesn't address the actual arguments or methodology of the calc. Also, I think I put this in the wrong thread.
