Lifting Strength, Striking Strength and Durability Nerf
His creation powers only scale to his AP, not his LS SS or Dura. He never endured the plutonium bomb, Robby started burning him to death before it detonated. Also after it did, he never survived.

His Dura should instead be street level as he survived enough "radioactive plutonium" and "quantum energy field bombardment" to kill a normal person 10 times over. 60 J * 10 = 600 J (Street level)
Robbie was in there for ~49 sec before Eli made the statement. After being thrown in, Eli was in there for ~53sec aswell, before being burned by Ghost Rider.
Speed Nerf
He stops Robbie Reyes from transforming into Ghost Rider not from attacking. He does, however, Impale several shield agents before they could react.
Proposal: Human level, Athletic Human attack speed with Matter Manipulation

You cannot apply the changes even if a staff approved your thread, you need to wait a grace period. Also 1 staff vote is not enough, the rules says at least 2 votes.
  • For content revision suggestions, generally, a standard grace period of 48 hours should be allowed for the reviewing staff members to evaluate and approve them. However, in the case of extremely blatant, self-evident revisions, a grace period of 24 hours is acceptable. Until this grace period has elapsed, since the time of the thread's creation, the revision should not be applied to the profiles.
    • This is to ensure that all staff members have the opportunity to review the suggested revisions and provide their input, even if the initial explanation post in a content revision thread is quite large and complicated.
